1. Refund Policy
SWAT on Demand offers a 100% money-back guarantee. Refunds must be requested within 72 hours of purchase. A sample lesson is provided at no charge for your review prior to purchasing the course. Once you have completed the purchase you will have one year to start the course. Once you start the course you will have 10 weeks to complete it.
2. Sharing Your User Account
Only authorized users may view and use this online training. You may not allow others to view the content with you or share your login information with anyone else. Doing so is considered an unauthorized use.
3. Support Materials
You may download and print the included PDF support documents, but may not distribute them to non-users.
4. Copyright Ownership
The Training Academy, LLC owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to all of the copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights to the 8 Weeks to The Top content.
5. Enforcement/Interpretation
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida and applicable federal laws, without regard to conflict of law’s provisions. Jurisdiction for any proceeding related to this agreement shall be the appropriate state or federal court located in Seminole County, Florida.
6. Binding Agreement
I have read and agree to these terms and conditions of use. I agree to use my best efforts to ensure that the content is not shared, copied or otherwise misused in the ways specified in paragraphs two and three.
